WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free Canada Post Lettermail shipping on orders where the customer has chosen the free shipping option, and the delivery address is in Canada. Free shipping is not a trackable service.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription, deliveries will be mailed within 3 business days of your renewal date.
If you are buying a one-off product, we will ship your order within 3 business days.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship to Canada and the USA at this time.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
